These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and NeroBet ("NeroBet", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the NeroBet website located at https://nerobet.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support ("the Platform", "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any active bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonuses credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by NeroBet in accordance with our compliance obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means countries or territories in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, as determined by NeroBet from time to time.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, features, and support functions available on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on NeroBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum requirement and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable legislation.
4. You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2.
5. You have not previously had an Account on NeroBet suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
7. You are not employed by, or related to an employee of, NeroBet or any of its affiliates in a capacity that would create a conflict of interest with your use of the Platform.

Only one Account per individual is permitted. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The registration information you submit must match your legal identity documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. NeroBet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You agree to notify NeroBet's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. NeroBet may require you to change your password at any time as a precautionary security measure.

Subject to these Terms, NeroBet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform or its content.

You agree that your use of the Platform will at all times comply with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional guidelines or policies published by NeroBet from time to time. You further agree that:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not for any commercial or professional betting advantage scheme.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by NeroBet.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features or access control mechanisms of the Platform.
• You will not engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Platform's infrastructure.
• You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of NeroBet.

NeroBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you are in breach of these Terms or are engaging in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other users, or the Company.

NeroBet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for the deposit and withdrawal of funds. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to the limits imposed by your selected payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 5 minutes for verified accounts.
• FPX / Online Banking: Within 5–60 minutes depending on the receiving bank.
• Cryptocurrency: Within 30–90 minutes depending on network confirmation times.

NeroBet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a failure to complete KYC verification. In such circumstances, the Company will communicate the reason for the delay to the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

NeroBet offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet While Using Bonus Funds: A maximum bet cap applies while Bonus Funds are active in your Account. The cap is typically between RM25 and RM500 per round or wager as specified in the promotion. Exceeding this cap may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not fully wagered within the specified period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit) will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a limit on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This limit will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, players may only claim each bonus offer once. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple Accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the NeroBet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product or market, in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game, sport, or market before placing a wager.

The following general betting conditions apply across the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. NeroBet will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error has materially affected the outcome, as determined at the Company's reasonable discretion.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or game outcomes resulting from a technical malfunction, NeroBet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake amount.
• Maximum bet limits apply to sports markets and may vary by sport, event type, and market. For EPL and Liga Super Malaysia markets, maximum stake limits will be displayed at the time of bet placement.
• NeroBet uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories for all applicable casino games. The fairness and integrity of all game outcomes are subject to ongoing third-party audits.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time by NeroBet without prior notice, particularly in response to significant in-play events such as goals, red cards, or other match-defining occurrences.

NeroBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble solely for entertainment purposes and to never wager money they cannot afford to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic session reminders and cut-off times can be configured to limit playing duration.
• Loss Limits: A maximum net loss threshold can be set per defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 12 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration specified.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed time and net balance can be enabled from Account settings.

NeroBet reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player's gambling activity is causing harm to themselves or others.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NeroBet Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund an Account or make withdrawals.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, colluding with other players to accumulate bonuses, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered by NeroBet.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or live dealer games in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses NeroBet staff members or other Players.

All content on the NeroBet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the property of NeroBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform except as follows:

• Your computer or device may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeroBet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

NeroBet's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises, or RM500, whichever is greater.

NeroBet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

NeroBet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform, unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever material changes are made. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which NeroBet is duly incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and NeroBet, you agree to first contact our customer support team at support@nerobet.cam and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally before initiating any formal proceeding. NeroBet will endeavour to address all legitimate complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
